These a great tasting gummies with a great texture! There’s a slight lemon flavor to them. I love the Quercetin and zinc blend. However I do wish there was more mg of Quercetin. The 125mg is a little low of a concentration in comparison to other varieties on the market. Two gummies is their serving amount.

This might be the tastiest supplement I’ve ever had. Although the amount of zinc is not sufficient to replace my zinc supplement, it’s good to get a basic amount along with my quercetin.

My feedback is really positive because these gummies simply rocked my world. They have no artificial colors, which is a huge plus for me. I must say, the immune defense support is noticeable. What’s not to love about wholesome ingredients? Also, the antioxidant support they provide is fantastic. The convenient gummy form seals the deal. These gummies have become a staple in my daily routine.

I bought these chewable quercetin and zinc tablets for my husband because he has an old retired pharmacist friend that swears by them and says he hasn’t been sick in years (not even Covid and unvaccinated) because of taking these two items together daily. They also have a lot of other health benefits. My husband says they taste good. My husband has a very busy office in the fall, winter and see a lot of coughing, sick people during flu season.. So far so good,it’s only been a month or two so need longer to know for sure but no one has been sick since at our house.We like the low dose so he can take it a couple times a day since we read that it doesn’t store long in our system. I don’t like pills and prefer to eat unsweetened craisins with cashews to get these items naturally and will see if either of us get a cold in the future. We don’t take the quercetin (or Craisins) too late in the day since we read a study that it may interfere with sleep. Good value, good quality, works so far and item is sealed.
