This probiotic caused a reaction in me so I’d advise caution and I cannot recommend it. I would suggest looking for a broader spectrum probiotic and to keep it on the lower dose side.
The symptoms it caused were bad chest pain, anxiety, lethargy. From what I can gather online reuteri can cause a histamine reaction. Since this contains nothing but reuteri the odds of it producing a reaction increase, whereas other supplements may have a much smaller dose. I made sure to stop the supplement to see if reaction subsided, which it did, and to take it again to see if symptoms arose again, and they did.
Throwing the rest of it out.

I have used this product for many, many years and would never be without it. I try to always eat healthy but sometimes fall short. I feel like this product helps to fill in the gaps and keeps my digestion stable, happy and smooth running (if you know what I mean). I have occasionally tried other probiotics on the market, but always return to this one. I heard of primadophilus reuteri long ago while reading the “diet for your type” books based on blood type and it has been one of the best things I have ever added to my diet and Nature’s Way is a top shelf company to buy it from. If your gut tends to be very touchy and easily thrown off track (like mine), adding this product will help.

I usually never leave reviews because I’m never really satisfied, but these literally left me speechless! To my ladies out there struggling to get your ph balance right, this helps A LOT. It’s like eating a lot of yogurt everyday. Since I’m not a big yogurt fan I decided to try these. Although I was undecided about them at first because I was scared it wasn’t going to work, even though I saw a lot of positive reviews. Anyways, I decided to try them and they are a miracle worker!!!! I noticed changes in my ph balance within 5 days! Of course you do have to take one every day. And it’s worth the money since it has 90 pills, so it’s a 3 month supply.

Nature’s Way is very reputable when it comes to acidophilus products. I haven’t researched Reuteri, it was recommended by a friend who did the research! I have IBS and colitis and have had a flare-up for almost a year now. I tried everything natural to get relief and nothing was working. (I don’t take prescription med for IBS or colitis). That’s when my friend told me she had researched Reuteri and she recommended it to me. I don’t know why it helps, but it does! With Reuteri I can stay more stable than with any other acidophilus product. I’ve found the FOS additives work well for me but the price goes way up with those and I’m on a very limited budget. The Reuteri is more affordable and I definitely see a positive difference. If regular acidophilus products aren’t helping you I highly recommend this product.
