I tried this today for the first time. I worked really well within like 15 minutes and effects lasted for at least 6 hours. I took one, started to feel it after about 15 minutes and then took another. It felt really nice. I could feel my fatigue fading and definitely it lowered inflammation. I definitely felt more energy but my only complaint would be that it’s not exactly focused energy.
I know you’re supposed to cycle this one and it even says to do so on the bottle. I just hope that I continue to get effects from it. Some people say they get effects the first few times and then don’t any longer. I’ll update this review later on if I remember.
Definitely a profound and noticeable effect from this herb. Awesome value for $7. Very pleased with this herb from this brand. Definitely worth a try.

I didn’t expect much from these capsules because I had tried “Panax Ginseng” prior with only partial mediocre results. However, this “Siberian” form of Eleuthero (Ginseng?) is very impressive. Withing 2-3 days of taking it, I started noticing an increase in general body heat and metabolic rate (warmer hands, feet, even warmer ear lobes oddly enough, general feeling of heat along the spine and back as well). I also noticed a more focused mind and upbeat emotional disposition in general. After 4-5 days, I was finding it easier to get out of bed, having a feeling of less fatigue from work and life stress, etc.. I found I was springing out of bed rather than having to drag myself out of the sheets, begrudging the day ahead. I’m hoping this new state of energy and stamina continues, as it seems it is, so I will update my review later on as I finish my first bottle. P.S. – I take 1 capsule with breakfast, lunch, and dinner. That’s it, 3 per day as directed by the bottle itself. Hope this helps!

Seems to be quality product and conveniently manufactured. Like the way daily dose = exactly right amount recommend consumed before break. Good for sales and consumer.
This particular bottle must have been shipped at one point with a cleaner/detergent with strong perfume. The taste is unmistakable. I realize this has nothing to do with the contents and is not a reflection on the seller or manufacturer, But I do look forward to the next bottle not tasting like laundry detergent.

I wasn’t sure how these would work. I take one in the morning and another one around noon time. It gives me energy to complete projects and a little more. Doesn’t make me feel jittery I honestly didnt feel much until I realized I was doing more than usual I give some to my husband now.

Have been trying supplements to see which work and this is definitely one that works. Within about 30 minutes I knew it was kicking in or had been. When I started taking it I had mental fatigue but this stuff gets rid of that and I kind of relate it to coffee but without the crash. This stuff is a must and a life-saver.

Good product. I use it as a substitute to my anti depressant Sertraline, and it does the job equally well without any side effect. I didn’t experience the stimulant or energy enhancing properties though.
