I am giving this product a 3 stars because it says in the description its capsules, however when I received mine it was tablets. Tablets don’t agree with me. I hope that I can return this product since its pretty pricey. I just opened it up and was disappointed to see it was tablets…

I like the completeness of OsteoPrime – just the right balance of nutrients. I have a hard time digesting calcium supplements, but if I take two capsules (the tablets are harder on the stomach) at a time with food, I never feel them. Also, my nails are much better since I found this product. Not many stores carry OsteoPrime, and some that do charge twice the price that I got it for on Amazon! Two thumbs up!

I also ordered capsules and got tablets. Not very happy about it. Looking at the Amazon page, I see that the title says Capsules but the picture shows “tablets” on the label. Hummmm. But please understand not everyone can swallow tablets well.

I received this product under a month ago, after long research into the best supplements for osteoporosis. It’s still to early to say if these capsules have improved my bone density yet.
They are easy to swallow (taking 2 in am instead of 4). They have many other vitamins and minerals that other supplements don’t have, providing me with more energy, so that’s a good thing.
So here’s hoping that my bone density will increase over the coming months.
