tengo 3 dias usando este producto, me lo recomendaron para icrementar el detox en mi organismo. no es muy amargo como esperaba, le doy 4 estrellas porque el paquete venia abierto. me da desconfianza, pero como el sello de l;a botella estaba intacto lo use.. me dio la imprecion que alguien lo compro y lo regreso porque estaba muy maltratado el carton.

As my title suggests, I have been using this for 15+ years and always have a bottle of this in my medicine cabinet – along with elderberry extract (though I usually don’t need to take them together). This is all-natural herbal ingredients with an alcohol content of over 30% or so. It tastes like bitter medicine, but it works fast! I usually feel better within less than 30 minutes after taking this. Used this for indigestion, heartburn, upset stomach, stomach flu and even diarrhea. I wash it down with a nice cup of tea or room temperature water. One bottle will last about 2 years for me as I only take this when feeling unwell. I keep this glass bottle stored in my kitchen pantry/medicine cabinet and changed the lid to one with a screw on glass pipette.

This bitters formula tastes a little like mustard and isn’t bad at all. People tend to shy away from anything labeled “bitter” but it’s an important part of eating for good health. And it’s part of the natural variety of foods available to us.
I drink a tablespoon of Swedish Bitters in water every day. It’s been really helpful for calming my digestion.

Yes, the taste is very strong and sharp but honestly, that taste is a million times easier to deal with than the constant, life-altering digestive issues I’ve had to deal with for most of my life. Swedish Bitters, Slippery Elm bark capsules and occasional Marshmallow Root capsules have actually changed my life for the better. I know…drama much? But it’s really true. As anyone dealing with these problems will tell you, when you find something that improves the function of your digestive system, it’s kind of a miracle.
Just as an aside, I would also recommend that people with these issues look into getting a pure copper water bottle. This product has helped in other ways and has also GREATLY relieved the painful arthritis in my husband’s knee. Does not matter what brand you buy…just 100% copper.
