Love product but dislike to just hit reorder. $17.08 one month $18.99 the next. I always take with first few bites of food so it does not sit on top of meal. I also recommend taking by itself for candida. Yes it can make you feel sluggish for a few days as it digest years of debris and yeast overgrowth. Flush with lots of water daily and add probiotics when intestines become vacant. They work for muscle pain too and help to clear the lymphatic systems over time, which I believe when sluggish, contributes to fibromyalgia. I had candida for years, got well and became first a massage and then myoskeletal therapist. I always told people how I got well after severe chronic fatigue, I believe was caused by overuse of antibiotics used for 2 years to treat my symptoms and the 1960’s diet of pop and sweets growing up. I love enzymes and will never stop using them. My husband and kids also take when getting sick or eating really rich food. No more heartburn when taken before meal. Read the book called Enzymes, the key to health or any other material, educate yourself.

I have taken enzymes for many years. If you need them they are worth the money. If you can swallow other food you can swallow enzymes. I have had people say they had alergies. People have pets with itchy skin – same thing. Live food or enzymes cure these small problems. I learned this when I was very young. Thoroughly cooked food is dead food. Eat all you can raw or lightly steamed. The enzymes are there when needed.

I have had IBS for 20 years and barely anything helps the discomfort after eating. After having CT scans, colonoscopy, endoscopy and abdominal ultrasound…I was told I have IBS plus a total lack of digestive enzymes. No wonder just about everything I ate was making me sick! After modifying my diet somewhat and trying a bunch of meds and supplements that didn’t do much, I tried Mega Zyme. I take it at every meal..it seems to work better when I take it before I eat but sometimes I forget and end up taking it during. Not as effective. I wouldn’t say this product is a miracle but it has definitely helped me digest food more properly. I wish the tablets were coated and easier to swallow..they’re kind of rough at times. If you have IBS give this product a try…it works well in combination with anti-spasmodic meds, probiotics and fiber, all part of my routine now.

The lady who owned a health food store recommended this product for cysts in the breasts. She said one of her female customers used it and said she wouldn’t be without it. Well at the time I had 14 cysts verified by a mammogram. They were also very painful and I would try just about anything because I was so uncomfortable. I bought a bottle. She told me to take 10 tablets before each meal until I felt a burning in my stomach then I was to start cutting back to an amount that suited my stomach. I did so and went back to the doctor two months later for another test and afterwards be told me all of the cysts were gone. So I told him what I had done and he just looked and me and said, well you don’t have any more cysts”. I took them for a year or so after. Two before each meal then eventually stopped. Oh and I never did give up coffee as my doctor had suggested and so many lady friends have done.
