I get headaches on a daily basis and this is supposed to help. When I got it, the bottle said “do not take if you’re allergic to rag weed.” I’m allergic to rag weed. Well, that should be posted so people know before they buy it.

Final Update: Years later, and this is still a life-changer. I will occasionally get uncontrollable migraines for a week or two here and there, usually due to some mysterious weather, hormone, or diet trigger, but for the most part, I can count on a normal life *because of feverfew*; I take it three times a day religiously, and I add an extra one during those occasional flare-ups. I also avoid triggers, which means a strict diet, no alcohol, and keeping a regular schedule of sleep and light, take a nightly magnesium, etc. It has paid off, but all the behavioral control in the world was not cutting it without the feverfew. I still use meds when I actually get a migraine, but it is rare enough that I no longer show up at the pharmacy desperate enough for my tryptan to pay out of pocket because I used up my monthly pill allowance (again). I have so much gratitude for this herb🙏!
Update: This continues to be a complete life-changer for me: after years of crippling near-daily migraines, I am mostly free of them. I take this 3 times a day every day, occasionally upping the dose if I start having an issue. I actually can go a whole month without a migraine anymore. I still avoid triggers and follow a careful health regimen. I also take a triptan if I have an acute attack. But I now only have to do that once in a while whereas it was a life-starker before. And yes—I did try pharmaceuticals. This is a wonder-herb. I would grow it myself if it were native to my region.
This has been the only thing to prevent my almost-daily migraines, even after seeing a specialist and working for years to mitigate them. I already do everything in my power to prevent them, avoiding triggers religiously, having a puritanically clean lifestyle, etc., but with almost no effect. Enter feverfew: 3 x’s per day, every day, and it has been a lifesaver. I didn’t think it would work, but I’ve experimented with it enough to know that it is the thing that is making all the difference (as a preventative, not an onset medication). Wow.

This product is for general usages and can’t be used as a medicine. It takes around 6-8 month to start noticing any differences

Amazing! For me, this stuff definitely helps to reduce and / or eliminate migraine symptoms–brain zaps, light and sound sensitivity, and headaches. After taking it for a while, I was virtually migraine-free. I realized that I had not taken any ibuprofen, which I used to eat like candy, in three weeks!
I do get side effects from it, mainly gas and abdominal discomfort. The gas is especially unpleasant. It got bad enough that I stopped after about six weeks. I did not realize that if you have been taking it daily, you should not stop it immediately, but you should taper off. All my migraine symptoms came back very quickly. So I started it again.
I decided to order some feverfew tincture, which is much more pure than the herbal capsules. Perhaps it won’t give me the side effects. I’ll report.
One way or the other, I’m going to stay on this stuff. It really works for me!

So. I have dealt with migraines for the past decade of my life. I have tried what feels like everything – medications, chiropractic work, etc. Recently I had a medical exam (I am pursuing a career in aviation) and almost didn’t pass because of my problems with headaches. After this close call, I decided I wasn’t going to let migraines dictate my life anymore and set out to find the solution.
Fast forward to coming across Feverfew on the internet. Like most of you reading this post, I was extremely skeptical. It seemed like such a simple solution, but I decided to give it a go. I normally have a feeling of headache or migraine to the point where I have to take preventative medication at least 1-2x a week. I have been taking Feverfew for 11 days now and NADA. No headaches! To make this even more impressive, I have been in many situations over the past 11 days that would generally cause an onset of a migraine – harsh sunlight, dehydration, drinking alcohol, etc.
SO I am not 100% convinced yet as it has only been two weeks. But I am cautiously optimistic and positive enough to where I felt compelled to write a review!
I was taking Feverfew 3x a day for the first week then dropped it down to 2x a day after that. Might drop it down to 1x a day in a bit to see if it is still as effective.
One thing to note – I read that some people were having problems with stomach ulcers or something of that nature. If you are taking this supplement, just make sure to take it with food and lots of water every time! Don’t fix one problem and create another. I will post a headache update in a while to share the status!

Nature’s Way Feverfew Herb is an excellent addition to my wellness routine! At 380 mg per capsule, it offers a potent dose of this traditional herb known for its ability to support blood vessel relaxation.
The vegan capsules are easy to swallow and digest, making it convenient to incorporate into my daily regimen. I’ve noticed a positive impact on my overall sense of well-being since I started using it, which is a significant plus.
I highly recommend this product for anyone looking for natural support in their health journey!

This doesn’t always get rid of my migraines, but it does sometimes and it always makes them less intense. I have trouble swallowing pills and this pill is very lightweight, which makes it harder for me, but worth it. I’ll get more when I run out, for sure.

First, I’d like to say that this is a highly trustworthy brand. It truly supports healthy blood vessels, which is exactly what I was looking for. The benefits are evident and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. This is a great product, and I strongly recommend it!
