Damiana is cool because not any does it help with libido, but it also is a mood enhancer, at least in my opinion. If you’re looking for an herb to help with confidence issues, I’d give this supplement a try!

Didn’t notice a huge difference as a mood leveler, but gave me this really groovy… pelvic floor feeling… with enhanced perineal muscle control and heightened awareness of the prostate. I guess that was enough to put me in a better mood anyway LOL It did not make my head feel like it was going to explode like V or gas station b**er pills. It was subtle but very pleasant. Naturally aroused and in tune, not drugged up and wrung out. Great stuff!

Intake 4 daily and no improvement, no changes in libido as advertised. I will finish the bottle, however will not buy again
