I should have used his product before I stared taking the Ashwagandha 2100MG. Milk Thistle is a good liver cleanse, and everyone needs to do this once a year. If you look up Silymarin you will find out how important this is. I can tell you from experience I use both these products. Doctors could learn a lot if they bought a few health books and actually read them. Both these products work and have replaced the costly prescriptions drugs I was put on. I had a fatty liver and high levels of bilirubin for over ten years. My liver enzymes were elevated by about 25%. Don’t ask why. I started taking this a few years ago, and when I had my next annual blood work done (roughly 9 months later, my enzymes were in the middle of the normal range. This was five years ago. I still take it every day, and my numbers have not changed. I think this also made my skin look more healthy.
