Seems to help alot, keep these on hands for hot flashes

I had run out of my normal Black Cohosh and was in a panic to get some more. Hot flashes and lack of sleep were taking its toll. I ordered this and counted the days until it arrived. It filled in perfectly to help my thermostat get back to normal and minimize the hot flashes. Still get a few, but they are no where near as intense and subside in a few minutes instead of a half hour later. Please understand that each person is different, but if you’re looking for a natural alternative to help with those pesky hot flashes, I would definitely recommend this. I also read that St. John’s Wort helps it to work more effectively, so I take it with St. John’s Wort.

These black cohosh work great for controlling night hot flashes for me. I’m in the middle of menopause & they really do help at night. I have yet to find something that works during the day! They don’t have a flavor & they go right on down when u swallow them!

I am maybe perimenopausal and have become a hot sleeper over the years, waking up sweaty once or twice a night. When I take one before bed it’s helps a lot with that. Kind of tastes like your drinking tea as a pill but that doesn’t bother me.
