I did a little research on men’s vitamin and mineral needs and found this which has boron and other crucial ingredients, and the only one so very reasonably priced, so I decided to buy it on subscription. My first shipped bottle was received looking all caved in, like it was packed at 20,000 feet high altitude, and I only live at around 300 feet, not death valley below sea level or anything, so I’m not sure what happened here. It looked like the vacuum seal was intact so really not sure what happened. In any case the contents look fine. I will probably buy this for my 2 boys, too, so Alive! gets x3 new customers! Update: Been taking these for a while and I’m feeling pretty good. I’ve started ordering extra so my 2 sons can also take.

Not as harsh or vitamin tasting.
The ingredients give him exaxtly.what he needs. They’re fairly easy to swallow.

There’s an impressive list of nutrients. With some vitamins you get mostly water soluble vitamins and only a few oil based vitamins like vitamins A, E and K. This multivitamin has these plus an impressive list of minerals. I am hoping that it is as effective as the list makes it sound. The odor and taste are not offensive. They are not too big considering how much is in them, so they are easy to swallow. I think these are good value for your money.

I order this brand of vitamins for my husband and I (and all my adult children). We always get the gummies because the capsules ingredients are not as clean. When I ordered this for my husband it showed this bottle which is exactly what I got. I opened my box this evening and the bottle was white and stated capsules. I am glad I did not chose the auto-delivery this time as I was in the process of setting all the supplements with the monthly subscription. This bottle will be returned as our local nutrition store carries the vitamins just not the premium nor the over 50 gender specific. This is the only problem I have with this brand. Otherwise, it absorbs well in the GI track (not like all vitamins) and provides the nutrition of the daily requirement for fruits and veggies. The taste is delicious and no tart chalky aftertaste like others. Like I said earlier, all of my adult children also get the same vitamins along with other supplements to proactively maintain their overall health.
