Doesn’t taste as bad as the other reviews say I do think that it is a bit sour/tart but it has a nice taste and I do like it. Would easily add these to my daily supplements no complaints about taste or texture. Good value for what they are.

I had a few incidents of calf cramps and found that it started when I ran out of my usual magnesium supplement so I ordered the Nature’s Truth Potassium Magnesium Citrate Gummies. The peach and strawberry flavors taste great like gummy candies and contain under a teaspoon of sugar in each serving.
There are many types of magnesium, magnesium citrate is typically used for digestive issues like constipation. Although magnesium is an essential mineral that we all need on a daily basis, it may help to lower blood pressure, so I wanted to try it out because of my hypertension. These magnesium citrate gummies include a bit of added potassium (2%) so they’re great for post-workout when you may lose electrolytes.
I gave it 4 stars because you need to take three of these vegan gummies daily and the bottle contains 60 gummies so they wouldn’t last the month.

These thing are absolutely foul, I just opened my delivery and took my first dose and oh my word, are they disgusting. Like I cannot believe the amount of misleading reviews that say otherwise
I’mma continue eating them and taking them as long as I can manage, because I paid for them and I DO NEED the potassium, but good GOD are they nasty. If the potassium increase is significant, I may come back and update my review later, but for now, this is all I can do, is warn y’all.

There are a lot of filler ingredients in this and the after taste is not pleasant – almost medicinal and a little like fake sugar.
