The taste is a mild lemon/lime flavor but it taste good.
I was buying the liquid IV drink mixes but they were expensive, this powder actually mixes better and is so much cheaper.

I really wanted to like this product. I was underwhelmed. The flavor is “fine”. It’s not lemon heavy enough for my tastes. The sweetness is balanced with the stevia amount.
The little tub container was ONLY HALF FULL when I opened it. There was no scoop or spoon included to properly portion this powder according to the directions.
The silica “ingredient” should NOT BE in this mix. It’s a cheap industrial filler meant to scam the consumer by adding weight to the product. Also, even when mixing this with plain water I am seeing grains like sand at the bottom of my container. I’m guessing that is the silica. It gets chunky & crusty in my cups or bottles.

I love the taste. It’s not super sweet, but I also use a little less than recommended serving. I dont drink enough water and this stuff provides just enough flavor to make water palatable. I know that seems unnatural but ive always had trouble w water. The additional vitamins are a huge plus for me.
I recently tried a different brand and was completely dissatisfied because it was riddled w orange food coloring, overly sweet and didn’t offer the benefit of additional vitamins.

I have trouble with potassium depletion when working outside in Phoenix. I don’t need tremendous amounts of sodium to increase my blood pressure—which is what you get with most hydration products. I DO need the potassium to avoid a night of muscle cramps!! This powder seems to “get” that, and is the only brand I will now buy.

I bought this because of the nutrients and price, well you get what you pay for. The taste is ok, its not too sweet but it doesn’t fully dissolve. I’m not going to order this again.

*** I downgraded the rating from 4 stars to 3 – as residue reduces confidence that you’re getting the full electrolyte dose. Otherwise, the product seems Ok, and is a good value. ***
Unlike other types of supplements, how can you know that it does what it claims to do?
How can you compare one type of hydration powder to another, objectively (rather than by subjective factors such as taste)?
Objectively, you’d need a proper scientific study, showing how well this product aids pre-hydration and rehydration for individuals engaged in vigorous athletic activities – I don’t have that.
Subjective comparisons are better left to those that have used a larger variety of hydration products.
My only comparison is to Six Star Ultimate Hydration – which seem no longer available. Reviews of that product had “tastes great” and “tastes terrible”. — Subjective.
Nature’s Truth, in my opinion, has very little taste. If anything, it reminds me of Alka-Seltzer (without the “fizz, fizz”). I mix it with something else for flavor.
Other reviewers commented on residue at the bottom of the glass after mixing. I found this too, even after using a hand blender. Why part of the powder goes into solution, and part doesn’t – I don’t know. I just add more water, swish and swallow.
It does have added vitamins and is much less expensive per serving than many alternatives.
Being very active I need something. I’m trusting that this is providing the hydration support I need. If I find out otherwise, I’ll find something else.

Container is only half full when new, you can easily buy another container + dump it into one, which I did.
Also, this container is smaller than other containers with similar product, no wonder why it is so inexpensive.
