I have a tendency to be anemic. It is one of the worst symptoms a person can have, feeling lethargic and fatigued all of the time, and these symptoms mimic other ailments as well. So when it was pinpointed I needed iron supplementation by an oncologist, believe it or not, that is venous slow infusions through a vein, that is, sitting in a chair similar to the way chemotherapy patients do for a number of hours, of course, I was somewhat frightened. These iron pills really does what it needs to do. These are really good to take if your body lacks the iron that your body needs. For those who doesn’t like to take big pills, you have nothing to worry about because these iron pills are small and smooth to swallow with water. I make sure I take one once a day after eating to avoid any stomach irritation.
