For years, I would take one of any number of brands’ immunity gummies (namely vitamin C + zinc) at the onset of a cold, if the kids came home from school with the plague, etc. However, between my daily multivitamin gummies and immunity gummies, the sugar content was such that I didn’t really want to take both on a daily basis. However, these chewable tablets have less sugar combined with more zinc, plus the addition of black elderberry. The taste is actually pretty good, too. I’ve now made these part of my daily supplement routine.
