The other day, I felt sick and tightening of my chest. I knew it was the heat.
So, I hurried and took 2 tablets of the electrolyte supplements, and it took care of business quickly with a baby aspirin, just in case.
These are Perfect for when you are getting dehydrated. When heated up either by exercise or just 110 plus weather. These are perfect to take. I don’t want to go there if it wasn’t for this product.

Also, the taste is ok. I’m not much for taking down salt, but it has a good taste for finicky people who hate taking things that would do them good. lol

I was expecting them to be a bit chalky like tums. I was pleasantly surprised that they tasted more like an intense Gatorade or Powerade berry drink. You do need to drink the recommended 8oz of water with the tablets. I can easily see how you could over do your electrolyte uptake.

I got this to combat fatigue and wanted to try tablets instead of chugging down salty water. The taste is like the flinstones vitamins and I wash it down with water to get rid of it as soon as possible. I have a bit more energy in the past week I’ve been taking this but I wish it didn’t taste so chalky.

1 star – Absolutely terrible. Does not work at all or misleading. Wouldn’t get it again even if it is free. Would not recommend.
2 stars – It had ONE single redeeming quality that warranted an additional star. Would not recommend.
3 stars – Poor design/functionality in significant areas that need correction but still usable. Would only recommend under specific conditions.
4 stars – I liked it but didn’t love it. There are minor flaws (cost, value, design, function) that if resolved, would make this 5 stars. Would probably recommend for others.
5 stars – Met or exceeded all my expectations and worked well with regards to function, design, and cost. I would purchase this again and would recommend it to everyone.

These Natures truth electrolyte tablets are a great way to make sure your electrolytes are in check, it’s one of the things that you never think about until you’re told by your doctor tat your electrolytes are too low. It happened to my husband. He was hospitalized, had been dizzy and blacked out and they told him he was se hydrated and had basically no electrolytes. It can affect your heart rhythm also. These tabs are an easy and effective delivery and I know he’s getting what he needs….plus he feels great! Highly recommend this brand!

This pack of electrolyte tablets arrived quickly and well packaged. The bottle arrived in tact and properly sealed for safety and freshness. The bottle contains a total of 60 chewable tablets that come in the flavor Mixed Berry. The way to use these are to take 2 chewable tablets and drink 8 ounces of water before/during/after any physical activity. The tablets make me think of a less sweet and slightly salty berry flavored Smarties candy. They are easy to chew and taste good enough to consume without having to mentally prepare. Think of these as the oral version of those electrolyte packets that you add to your water. This may be the best option for some people, because let’s face it those drink packets are not cheap and they don’t always taste great and can be hard to get down. These are not super sweet like many of those drink packet which I really like. These haven’t caused any kind of upset stomach or negative reactions, and I have definitely seen and felt the results that these hydration tablets provide. I have used them on hot days when outside doing yard work and they have helped me stay hydrated even through all the sweating. My fiancée takes medication that tends to dehydrate her and she said that taking these on the days that she takes her other stuff, she has noticed a significant improvement in hydration as well. The price point for this 30 dose bottle is far cheaper than buying the same quantity in drink mix packets and thus very affordable. Overall, this is a great product for those who want or need to help boost hydration and especially great for those who do not want to drink an entire bottle of flavored water just to achieve it. Would recommend.
