I use avocado oil, heat to just smoking add turmeric, ginger, fennel seed, ground cinnamon, ground clove, rosemary leaves, crushed peppers & burdock seeds (ground, chipped or whole). stir for a few minutes turn down add uva ursa (bearberry leaves), Willow bark (if not allergic to aspirin. I am allergic, very allergic but I can take willow bark and leaves (synergy) chips and leaves crumbled ( you can add just before you turn down esp the bark’s & bearberry leaves). Cool to warm & filter or not. Add Vit E to stabilize. Refrigerate or not depending on how much you make and use. I put it in my coffee, tea, stews, toast, etc. it affects your stomach as well as your intestinal system. I have precancerous polyps in my stomach and colorectal for over 30years and fibrosis disease for all my life. For the past 5-6yrs I have been free of all and helps my fibromyalgia a lot. Dr told me to take the softgel capsules to better help the inflammation in my intestines. It did more than that.
I also add decarb cannabis when warm and lecithin. I now do it in my InstaPot or Magic butter. Lecithin can be added in the cooking process.
