First of all, taste is important, because without an appealing taste it would be difficult to consume this product. I mixed a full scoop with a cup of chilled water, and used a milk frother to ensure that it was well mixed. I found the taste to be quite agreeable, and enjoyed the drink. The product is packed with a range of vitamins and minerals, as well as 3 g of dietary fiber per serving and a host of organic greens. It does contain green tea leaf extract, so be aware that it might contain caffeine.
The product description does not include the “Other Ingredients” which are listed on the package and are: Natural flavors blend (orange, lime, vanilla, and other natural flavors), maltodextrin, citric acid, silica (from bamboo), steviol glycosides (rebaudiosides M, A), malic acid, salt. Although it does contain maltodextrin, I found the product did not raise my blood sugar one hour after drinking it. Steviol glycosides are the chemical compounds responsible for the sweet taste of the stevia plant, so I am curious about the claim that this product contains no stevia.
In summary, this product tastes good, and might be a way to get extra fiber, vitamins, plant nutrition, and antioxidents into your diet.

This supplement named , Performance Power Greens, is a nutrient rich supplement designed to be mixed with water, or can be mixed with juice, or in a smoothie. The pouch is fairly large (1lbs), and contains 30 full servings. This supplement is green in color, mixes easily in water, and tastes fruity and very green. I actually enjoy the flavor mixed straight into water, but I really like adding this supplement to a smoothie.
After drinking this daily for a few weeks, I actually noticed that it helped make me regular, which I really liked. There is Apple fiber in this supplement. And with fibrous beverage mixes, you need to consume daily if you want to help your digestive system to become regular. This beverage mix did just that. And it provides an abundance of vitamins and minerals needed in a daily diet. I keep this mix at work, and use this daily. It really has helped to make my digestive system work better.

I had to stop taking this. It made my mom sick. The citric acid just made my stomach gurgle all day. Citric Acid and also the Maltodextrin is proven harmful by the NCBI and Mayo clinic. My stomach stopped gurgling once I stopped supplements with citric acid, it hurts people.

I was leary of trying this product at first because I never really like the taste of these kinds of products. No fear!!! This tastes great ..not gritty and very filling and nutritional!!! Great product for the price.

Love the taste and feel great on Power Greens but the box was shipped in an envelope which caused the Power Greens box to get crunched. Amazon needs to ship the Power Greens box in an Amazon box to avoid damage to the Power Greens box.

Tastes good. I haven’t noticed any energy boost from it yet. Did notice that it makes me constipated and I never get constipated because my diet is vegetarian and I eat healthy food.
