I set up a subscription for my very senior citizen mother, who has seen some decline in the strength of her nails & hair since they upped to dosage of some medication she takes for a common thyroid ailment. She says it works “great” & her skin certainly shows it.
I haven’t exactly “examined” her nails, or hair, so I’ll have to go on her word on that. Mom’s happy, so I am happy with the product.
Her only complaint seems to be the size of the pills & the amount required per day.
She’s cut that in half, fortunately, or this world be a very pricey subscription that I’m not entirely certain would be “economical” for those people looking to get their moneys worth.
Point being; try doing half the recommended dosage first before you “go into debt” to keep your subscription.
You do NEED to take them daily (apparently; from what my Mom has told me) for them to work.

I’ve been taking this for a couple of weeks. I lost my nail when a screw went through it. Ouch. I have done tons of research on naturals. If your losing your hair, get your iron/ferritin levels checked. If your deficient, look up pur absorb. It won’t constipate you. As for giving you headaches and heart palpitation, as with anything in the naturals dept. ALWAYS start at a low dose for a long period of time and work your way up before going to to the recommended dose. No two people are exactly alike. This product, taking 3 a day with a meal has been fine. My nail is growing back nicely. My hair has thickened a little and my skin is better. And that’s only THREE capsules a day. In a quick fix society, remember, it took a long time to be depleted of silica. OD ing on the stuff isn’t going to replenish you faster. It’ll just give you adverse effects. This product works.

I love nature’s sunshine – I’ve used them for years and they are definitely an amazing reputable company, and highly recommended by health professionals.
I’ve only been taking this product for 2 weeks and it’s definitely not a “quick fix” but I am patient and have confidence. I ordered it for my nails, which are weak and peeling. I haven’t seen much change there yet, but that makes sense – it’ll only help the new growth, which I won’t really see for a few months at least. My complexion has definitely improved – more even and smooth and my hair has definitely grown a little faster in just 2 weeks.
Again, this product needs to be used consistently over time to notice a difference but so far so good!
