I purchased this to help with my histamine flare-ups. My rashes/hives have improved somewhat but I have no idea if it’s from this. I’ve been cutting out foods that trigger a lot of histamine in addition to taking this supplement. The capsules are fairly easy to swallow and I haven’t had any issues after taking them for over a month.

This product is phenomenal! After years of taking Claritin-D for my indoor and outdoor allergies, I finally found something that completely eliminates all symptoms, including stuff or runny nose, burning, itchy eyes, coughing, excessive mucus which left my nose raw from boxes of Kleenex. In my late forties I started having severe allergies and tried every over the counter drug and some prescribed drugs that all seemed to have side effects with no concrete results. Out of desperation I went by a health and vitamin store and purchased HistaBlock at the recommendation of the women who owns the store. That was a Friday afternoon. Only a few hours after taking two pills I began to feel better and by the following day I had NO symptoms whatsoever. That has been about 5 years ago and now I keep them around to take when I feel symptoms coming on. It is an amazing relief for me and my son, who has had severe allergies all his life. My son could not be around cats without horrible reactions and after using HistaBlock he has no problems around cats. He says it has changed his life.
I read a few negative reviews about the product and I can only speak from first hand experience…it’s worth a try and a lot cheaper than the products at you’re local drug store.

I take many vitamins, minerals and herbs after researching them simply on faith that they are good for me for prevention of illness or other problems. But I rarely notice much difference since I am quite healthy for my age. HISTABLOCK IS DIFFERENT. I have for several years had ongoing stuffy nose issue, especially at bedtime, keeping me awake.
