This product is simply amazing. I’ve struggled with constipation most of my life, after childbirth and as I’ve aged, I have more frequent episodes along with all the unpleasant secondary side effects. I’ve seen multiple doctors over the course of a decade with limited results. Taking Benefiber only complicates my issue, one size does not fit all. So happy to have found this product after doing a lot of research and reading reviews. They are extremely gentle, I have experienced no stomach pains, cramps, gas or other side effects. I take one in the evening, as needed, and by the morning, I have a movement that does not require any straining. I’ve read the other reviews that state if you take them every night, you may build a tolerance, this is with any product like this. The solution I’ve found that works for me is taking a little Miralax a couple of night’s a week and then taking this product when I haven’t had a bowel movement in a day. This always does the trick! I waited a couple of months of using this product to write my review, this has truly been a game changer and I hope this company continues to make this wonderful product.
***Update: After visiting my gastroenterologist a few months ago who recommended daily magnesium, I now take this product every day, it has provided me such an improved quality of life. I rarely get constipated, truly this product is the best, it beats anything I’ve tried over the years! I have reordered it twice now.

2 capsules before retiring for bed… then repeat every bedtime, till the re-adjustment of your diet and stress-level, takes over and normal flow is restored…
Sometimes I need to go up to a week…
I’ve had days, where I needed to take (as instructed on the bottle, but this is rare) 2 capsules x3 times per day, for a day or two…
Sometimes, just the 2 caps, one night… then my schedule or diet gets back on track, I’m good… it varies…
