My daughter swears by this – about once a year she uses this product as an easy / mild detox to help with bloating and sluggishness. This product is great for folks for who mainly take good care of themselves (no health issues, eat healthy, get regular exercise) who want a mild but effective detox. Trusted brand. Cost effective. No long term commitment (i.e. months of detox). No overwhelming detox symptoms. Again – this is product for otherwise healthy individuals. I purchased this so I could get some kind of natural cleanse and detox without having to fast. I purchased the 5 day cleanse but haven’t had the right time or the desire to fast for 5 days. This one may not be “ultimate” but it works rather well. I took 2 of each tablet in the morning and 2 of each at night. However, you will be hitting the bathroom at some unexpected moments, so keep that in mind! The first day, it may take 3 or 4 hours or more to kick in, but after a few days it’s like clockwork. An hour or so after taking the pills and eating, you will hit the bathroom. I would suggest not taking it too late at night because you will wake up and need to run to the bathroom. I made that mistake more than once. So, if you have a bathroom available throughout the day, no long commutes or needing to find a bathroom, then give it a try! I had to stop it off and on because of my schedule, a couple of days off, then started up again. That’s a plus for this product too.
I feel less bloated, and I don’t have bad gas from eating certain foods like usual – iron rich foods, etc. It definitely helps with cleansing the system, but not sure about the detoxification part of it. I’m not sure what signs to look for. I purchased another box to do again after I take a break off of it for a month or so. When I do take it, I eat mostly fruit and veggies, some grains and some lean meat, and a lot of water or no calorie beverages.

Several years ago I did the Nature’s Secret 7-Day Ultimate Cleanse and I loved it because it worked and you only took it for 7 days. I even left a glowing review on Amazon; however, when I tried to purchase that same product I ended up on the web page for this product. I decided to buy it because it was from the same manufacturer and it seemed to be the same intake process. WRONG!!! I followed the instructions to a “T” starting off with one tablet 2X a day with 8 glasses of water per day and increasing it by 1 tablet every other day but not to take more than 3 tablets 2x per day and nothing happened. I did this for 6 days and all I that did was make me “whiz” more since I was drinking way more water than I normally do. I saw no change in my bowel movement and had a bad headache the 2nd day on this product. I am very disappointed with this product as it seems I paid for nothing and can’t return the product for a refund. From reading Amazon reviews, it seems that this product has worked for the majority of the people that purchased it but didn’t for other folks. Not sure why it didn’t work like the 7-day cleanse but I definitely won’t continue using it and would like to warn others that it may or may not work.
