Even with a high fiber diet, I experience chronic constipation. (I once underwent exploratory surgery for what turned out to be a an extremely impacted bowel). I have used this product for >5 years and highly recommend it. My usual dosage is 3 tablets to keep things moving along, but please follow instructions to start with one tablet and gradually increase the dosage until you find the smallest effective dose as this product is very powerful. You will want to stick close to home the first time you try this product because the first time will truly clean out your system of years of sludge and the urge “to go” may be overwhelming. Afterwards, if taken for maintenance (as I do) you should be safe to be out and about. Amazon’s price is very good when compared to GNC, plus the free shipping.

Need to post how awesome this product is!! I’ve been using this for almost 8 years!!! This has been my go to natural detox cleanser. It’s gentle yet powerful. I have made an adjustment with how my body react to different dose. I now take 2 tablets in the morning while on the course. I’m trying to do it every other month but will go longer than that sometime (when get caught up with life!). This is not a diet pill if you really look to get from it. You might shred couple pounds while in the course but you will gain it back. Still, you will feel so good when doing it.. it gently regulate your digestive system and natural! I always get a compliment of looking 10 plus years younger than my age. I definitely give some credits to this super cleanse! Hope you benefit the same way!

Great value! I got up to 4 in the morning and 4 at night (the label says not to go over 3 twice a day) but I’ve had great results and feel lighter and clean. I am diabetic and doing the PH Miracle for Diabetes plan which recommends a lower bowel cleanser that includes several herbs. This product contains many if not all of the ingredients I was looking for and was an excellent price for the amount of tabs I got. The only reason I give 4 stars and not 5 is that the “other ingredients” list is longer than I’d like and contains many questionable additives. They aren’t shown on the listing.

This product was not harsh and works with your body’s natural functions…I didn’t experience any cramps, just a natural urge to go. Drink a full glass or more of water with each dose particularly with or after a meal. The tablets are large and dissolve quickly so don’t let it sit in your mouth, be prepared to swallow. You can expect a BM within 30 mins to overnight depending on your system.

After dealing with opioid induced constipation for many months, a friend suggested this product. I had tried several over-the-counter products that did not work. I was also prescribed two medications for OIC, which did not work either. When I started this product, I started with one tablet the first night. That didn’t work, so I increased my intake by one per day, until I was taking (2) tablets, 3 x per day. After three days at this amount, I finally had success! I have continued using this, but now use 2 per night and it works every day. Since the bottle says not to take this every day, I skip taking the tablets one day per week, just for a break. I am very impressed with this product and am grateful that my friend suggested it.

I was once at a health spa, and one of the people there put together a mixture of herbs that naturally aid the digestive system. Speaking frankly, she said if you eat three times a day, you should go three times a day. This product listed many of the same herbs she used in her mixture. Unlike laxatives, which clean you out in an aggressive manner, this works in a very mild way and just helps you to go naturally. I have never experienced any cramping or negative issues associated with this product. I endorse it as a healthy way to help you become “regular”. I don’t personally believe that “cleanse” products will rid your body of toxins, or help you to lose weight. But, for going regularly, this is an EXCELLENT product. And Amazon offers them for a great price.

This is my favorite cleanser, I have stress related constipation or IBS-c and this has been my go to product. Every laxative I took caused gas and this has fennel and irish moss which seems to quell that part. Read the directions and increase as needed. I found taking magnesium citrate daily helps to increase daily progress and if I am totally backed up adding MiraLax helps. Meditation, eating fruits and vegatables and excersize help to keep from becoming constipated, but this product really has helped me for a couple years now, when I have not kept up with my self care.
