Magnesium supplements have been an essential aspect of my pre-bedtime routine for a few years now to help address my difficulty falling asleep, and also muscle cramps during the night.
I found this supplement to be excellent in preventing night time muscle cramps, and it also helped me to fall asleep, and helped me stay asleep.
As a person with a very sensitive stomach, this supplement did not cause any irritation at all.
The lower dosage was perfect for me, but some may find that they need more, and these are easy to double-up on, due to the convenient one capsule dosage.
Overall, I feel that Nature’s Potent Magnesium Glycinate is an excellent choice for individuals looking for a high-absorption, vegan-friendly magnesium supplement. It supports muscle relaxation, helps with cramps, and promotes better sleep without the digestive issues commonly associated with other magnesium forms. I take medication for acid reflux which prevents absorption of magnesium. I contact that with two of these pills just before bedtime.
The non-active ingredients in these pills all check out OK. Packaging is very good with a plastic seal on the outside and paper tab inside the cap. Topped off with a cotton ball to absorb moisture. No broken pills and no wasted space inside the bottle (helps with pills not breaking during shipping).

These Nature’s Potent Magnesium Glycinate capsules seem to be very good quality and they cause me no sort of stomach upset and have no off-putting flavor.
Then again, I’ve not had any magnesium capsules that cause me any sort of stomach upset or have an off-putting flavor.
Maybe this is not the case for others with more sensitive systems, but for me I think these are a little on the expensive side. I don’t think you can go wrong with the quality though.

Each person responds differently to supplements so you will have to see for yourself. For me it works as I take 2 before bed and it helps ,e sleep. Also adds to have easy bowel movements in the morning. Overall seems like high quality ingredients and 8 like that it is made in the USA.
