I’ve been using this product for 4 years and I love this product. I feel overall healthier. This product is amazing. I bought this product after I had my son after I read reviews of the energy burst and the daily percentage of all the really good vitamins and herbs it had and because it is a whole food, natural product. I’ve been taking it every since. I used to get it from a local health food store. I work full time, have a little one, have been pursing a higher education, work overtime, try to stay fit and this vitamin helps me keep up with life’s demands. I can’t say enough good things about this product but that I feel more alert and physically in better shape than before I started using it. Amazon made it easier for me to get. I like it when it was 52 dollars, now after I finish 1 bottle and want to buy more. They raise the price to $59 to $66 dollars. A 180 tablets only last 2 months.

Just like the bottle says “ Guaranteed burst of energy”. These vitamins are jam packed with everything you need! I used to think I needed the capsules because it seems like they would fully dissolve in my system quicker but the tablets seem to work even better and are fully absorbed in my digestive tract.

This supplement is actually the best out on the market. I started taking these in September 2017 after my family practice doc said my A1C was 6.0 (super close to being prediabetic..whaaattt????) and my cholesteral HDL was at 127. I’m like no way! I exercise a few times..ok twice – a week (but they are HIIT (high intensity interval training) for an HOUR and it takes all the other days to recover..whew!) and I hardly ever eat red meat or fried stuff – bacon is my weakness so I keep to a couple..ok! a few times a week. I hardly eat carbs, lots of salads..what gives? Genetics??? The nurse started giving me names of all these different supplements I could take to bring them down – among them cinnamon capsules. So I go on my merry way and at the grocery store, I’m looking at all these different supplements with prices ranging from $15 to $30 A PIECE! It was going to cost me around $150 bucks.. A MONTH!! And then my God is so great!! I look up and see these supplements and when I read the label, it has EVERYTHING she suggested I take along with all these superfoods. At $33 a month..LOVING the price! So 7 months later and of course a change towards eating cleaner – which I do probably…ehhhh maybe 75% of the time, went in for lab results…O.M.G my A1C was down to 4.2 and my cholesterol 100. My nails, skin and hair are a lot stronger and healther. I have tons of energy and share the word with everybody who will listen. These are the bomb diggity. You should give them a shot.
