I mistakenly ordered these chewable Source of Life “wafers” last week, believing that I had ordered my usual tablets. I’ve been using these for decades, and after thinking I was getting a deal on a large order of capsules last year, then finding that I was suppose to take 9 a day instead of the 3 per day of tablets, I decided I won’t stray from tablets ever again. When I got these, I thought they’d sent the wrong thing, but apparently I ordered the wrong item. Being my mistake I decided I’d just ride it out and take these till they’re gone and order the tablets next time. I tried ONE out, and it’s like eating talcum powder and instant apple/cinnamon oats (dry), and had to spit it out almost immediately. I wouldn’t recommend these to anyone! There is a liquid type that my wife took for a while that at least tastes ‘ok’ if you can’t swallow pills. Get that instead. What really surprises me is the amount of good reviews for this product. It would be comparable to castor oil in the old days. It’s cringe worthy.

I am not happy the the condition of the pkg upon delivery! It could have easily been tampered with and looks like an attempt was made! Fortunately the seal on the bottle was glued on very well!! It does look like an attempt to open the seal was made! The foul portion was pulled away a bit but the paper underneath remained tightly sealed!

I have a very sensitive stomach and can not tolerate a lot of vitamins out there even the ones that claim they are “gentle”. I ordered these after reading a lot of the reviews and thought I’d try yet another brand. Why not? I have to say that after almost a week on them I have not had any stomach discomfort or nausea from them. I’ve even taken them on an empty stomach without any problem. They are quite large and the first day I was’t too sure of the taste but after a couple of days they taste ok. I will be taking these from here on out. I’m feeling more energy already.

I have tried many vitamins over the years. This is the only one that I have been able to take consistently without eating meals, and it never repeats on me. Other vitamins I take with food, and I taste them all day. The flavor takes a little getting used to, but I find it pleasant. A little bit like the old Flintstone vitamins. I also like the very high level of B vitamins which are water-soluble. I always feel like I get a little burst of energy when I take them. You might want to check the fine print and make sure that some of the whole food complex doesn’t contain ingredients that you might be allergic to. I have a handful of allergies and have been able to take this pretty consistently. Occasionally I take a few days off if I notice that my body is reacting to the vitamins.

Love the flavor of these vitamins. They are chewable, which is a win for my husband who has trouble swallowing pills. This is our 3rd bottle. Would recommend.

I can always tell when I do not take this product versus when I do. My urine is significantly much brighter but also helps me urinate more frequently and gives me the energy boost I need for the day rather than energy drinks that make me crash. This is an all-around healthy product to take. It tastes a bit chalky but earthy so a taste I have developed to crave on a daily basis.

I gravitate towards chewable meds as I don’t like to swallow large pills, therefore I have grown accustomed to horrid tastes. As some others reported, these things are nasty tasting. The humongous size does not help. I have made some life changes that have improved my overall health and energy levels, and I really feel these vitamins and minerals have played a role. I plan on continuing taking them.
