This source of Life bottle of vitamins says 9 capsules a day. The tablets were 3 a day making the tablets in the same bottle of 180 count, a much better value. When available, way over priced.
I will not buy capsules again.

I was referred to this brand and I really like the benefits I feel from taking them consistently. I would say that the dosage is way too high. It calls for nine capsules a day. These are like horse pills. Outside of that, I have these on auto delivery and get them delivered every few months.

The description says 180 capsules, 60 servings. In reality its 9 capsules a day you are supposed to take so really it’s only 20 servings, 1/3 of what it claims. I expected after sending a note to seller that it would be rectified but crickets. I assume that means they don’t intend to stand by their products.
