This product does not dissolve well. I tried it in hot liquid and cold liquid. I added it to my food. Put it in eggs. It does not blend well with food and gives food different texture and taste. Very disappointed with product in granular form.
I have taken same product in pill form and it works well to regulate bowels and to prevent sudden diarrhea and lack of control.

This helps my food digest which normally wouldn’t and has allowed me to eat many of the foods I was eating prior to medical diagnosis. Only thing I don’t like is tjat it is difficult to get it totally dissolved.

Fantastic product. My husband struggled with IBSDfor a year and a half. We went to two doctors and all they could tell us was he should take Imodium. It took about a week if using this dosing in the morning before meals and at night before dinner. I’m also doing a lot of other things to help my gut so there is no way to know for sure if this is fixing the issues I had but since the issues have reduced I will keep doing this with the slippery elm and enzymes.

There are many products like this, overpriced by far, tastes awful and does not mix well. It has a creamy consistency when added to food or drink. Don’t buy it.

I am so pleased with this product! I can not believed that it is actually healing my gut. I have more energy. I can feel a natural type of hunger that I use to have when I was younger. I have two-three poops a day without taking extra fiber. Nice soft light colored poops. (The kind that babies have)
