When they described Serenity as a mix powder that gently eases the mind and muscles into a state of tranquility and relaxation, they were 110% correct. This formula works marvelously. The Lemon Raspberry Fizz is delicious and it mixes well. I have tried with cold water and also with hot tea. With the tea, I saw an effervescent type of effect. But after that, the flavor of my tea is very enjoyable and provides a happy deep sleep with happy dreams. I trust this product . It is clean with no added Sugar, Artificial Sweeteners, Flavors or Colors. I highly recommend it. You will feel and appreciate the change in your nights and in your life. This super clean formula provides 325 mg of magnesium and is completely vegan, sugar-free, and naturally flavored containing no milk, eggs, soy, wheat, nuts, sesame, fish, sugar, artificial sweeteners, flavors, or colors. Just pure and simple magnesium, flavor and stevia sweetener. I enjoy this in the evening to unwind and can tell the difference on the nights I don’t take it.

We both take this at night to sleep well. It also helps me with anxiety that I sometimes get if I can’t sleep. Taste is slightly sweeter to me than Calm. Price is lower.

I mainly purchased this product to try and get some good sleep. The first night I used it, although you take a very small amount to start, I actually slept through the night! So far I am very impressed with this product. Since I just received the product I’ve only had time to use it once, and so far so good.

I have used Calm products over the years and have been pleased with their performance. In this time of rising costs, I looked for an off brand of similar product. I erred by not reading ingredients carefully enough. This product is made with magnesium carbonate, not magnesium citrate. Carbonate is not as readily absorbed as citrate and proved that the first time I used this product. It did not perform as I wanted. It’s acceptable, but just barely.
Read the label and be sure to get citrate.

This is a great sleep aid. I snagged it to help me calm at the end of the night without having to take a glass of wine. I have used this on occasion and it didn’t nice and calming, however, I do have to watch for G.I. symptoms, primarily I’m sure, because of the magnesium involved in this product. The taste is nice and it’s easy to drink and I do recommend giving this product a go if you’re looking for a holistic or homeopathic way to soothe yourself to sleep.

I usually order Natural Calm but I decided to try this brand due to it’s less expensive. I am pleasantly surprised at the quality and the price. I add some lemon juice to my drink and it’s a good combo of sweet and tart with a carbonated kick 🦶! The only downside is you get one less ounce.

The flavor was pretty good. The raspberry and lemon flavor blended well with the fizzy taste. It wasn’t overly sweet or overpowering. I drank it both as a cold drink and heated up like a tea. The listing indicates that this product is made in the USA; I could not confirm that on the actual packaging.
