Pros: I have purchased this seven times. I love how tiny it is, but also like how much it has to offer. This is ideal for people who have a hard time taking pills of any kind. Perfect to even offer children to swallow one of these tiny vitamins.
Also if the vitamin E says d-alpha. The plain “d” means it’s natural. But if it has “dl-alpha. The “L” with the “d” means synthetic. This supplement is all natural.

Okay, first let me start by saying I CANNOT swallow pills. Cannot, psychologically I mean. Physically I’m sure I could, I have the basic mechanics for it, but my brain WILL NOT allow me to. I choke, I panic, I sweat, and I end up deciding that life isnt so bad with an X, Y, Z deficiency.
So, in desperate need of a heavy duty multi-vitamin, I set out looking for something comprehensive (alllll the vitamins) and third party tested (safe). When I say finding this product was the answer to my prayers, I cannot begin to explain….
This product contains all of the vitamins typically included in a multivitamin + vit D and B complex. AND its a mighty because nearly every vitamin is present at well over the recommended daily values. So if you are really deficient and not getting proper nutrition through your diet this is such a great product. This particular one does not include iron but I know the company does offer some with iron if you’re needing it. The pills are TINY. Like, half the size of a tic tac tiny. Like, be careful you dont inhale it tiny lol.
The first two days of taking this I noticed an immediate change in how I felt, which tells me I really needed the nutrients because I’ve taken multi-vitamins in the past (usually gummy form) and never really felt anything, definitely no improvement, so I was beginning to think vitamins were a hoax created by the supplement industry. But holy moly, mighty mini vite. No kidding. I wasn’t fatigued anymore, my skin cleared up, I was sleeping better. Like what the heck… no clue what I was deficient in to begin with, but I will continue taking these in the future. I have also convinced my mom and two brothers to begin taking them as well and my mom swears that she feels more energetic herself.

I have vitamin and mineral deficiencies and a medical condition that means I can’t swallow large pills. Buying vitamins is never easy, until now!
They are tiny!!! I would guesstimate that they’re about the size of a new eraser on a mechanical pencil. Just the bit that shows, not the whole thing.
They taste horrible. Well, okay. They taste like vitamins. They smell that way too. I don’t actually care about that because I don’t have a sense of smell but I know some people are very sensitive to certain smells.
I take 13 pills daily and these two are among the smallest. I’m sharing the bottle with my mom and then I’ll have bloodwork done to see how effective (if any) these are.

I am happy with it overall because the pills are small and have no iodine which I am very allergic to. But be warned, they smell/taste like rotten dirt. But the price is very low and I have finally found a multi-vitamin with no iodine so I am happy!

Small size makes these vitamins easy to swallow. Dosage is two per day, so I take one morning and night. Highly recommend for people like myself who have trouble swallowing pills.

These pills are teeny tiny and super easy to swallow. I would highly recommend them to anyone, who like me, has trouble swallowing pills. They should really come in a much smaller bottle because they took up only about 1/4 of the space in the bottle they are packaged in.

5 stars for nutritional value & pill size. Minus 6 stars for the smell alone! They make you want to wretch upon opening the bottle. I am pretty sure that these pills are not coated. For the love of goodness, Nature’s Life, please coat these vitamins! I primarily purchased these because of the size of the pill. There is another brand that sells an almost exact vitamin, but the price was higher. However, the smell is rather minimal and much more tolerable. I highly regret not buying the more expensive brand now. I just don’t know if I will ever be able to take these smelly things. Even just the thought of it gag-making. Yuck!
