Read about the benefit of bitter melon, and tried it. These may be useful for some people, but they did nothing for me.

I have had all kinds of trouble controlling my sugar and this product helps me keep it down. I would say if your are diabetic get this product and use it. It takes at least 3 months of taking this to see the results, it has to build up in your system but it does help.

Another great product!!!! the last Dr. visit it was pointed out that i should take a all natural supplement to keep my glucose in normal ranges.
I’m not DIABETIC but this product keeps my glucose in normal ranges. I check my glucose everyday.

I ordered two bottles. Shipping was fine. It does in fact lower your blood sugar. However, I experienced very unpleasant side effects from this product. The lymphnodes in my throat became very inflamed. I also experienced flu like symptoms for two days each time I took this product. I have no idea as to whether this was caused by an allergic reaction or somthing else but people should be aware that this product my cause severe side effects. I had not experienced any problems with products from the manufacturer prior to taking this product and I will continue to buy products from this manufacturer, just not this one…

My Dr recommended Bitter Melon to help control sugar levals. IT WORKS. My sugar leval has dropped because of this product and I recommend anyone who has sugar issues to try this. I highly recommend it.
My only concern was shipment. I ordered this through Amazon through the vitamin shop and they won’t allow for it to be left at your house. They have a restriction on it for delivery where if you are not home they won’t leave it and after the third attempt it is returned to the shipper. Luckily I called and the driver was kind enough to follow my directions. Just an FYI

I’m a diabetic and often blood sugar jumping over 250. I started with highly rated prescription diabetic medicines but they lower your bloodsugar for next 24 hours or so, if you miss that regular dose, blood sugar again jumps really high. I started taking this herb capsule as suppliment and then slowly stopped taking prescription medicine. with some diet control, some physical activity and one of this capsule after major meal (I take it immediately after breakfast as that’s the heaviest diet i have in a day). It controls blood sugar and with basic physical activity/slight diet changes, I have my blood sugar around 120-130. I hope it goes gown as i increase my physical activity more. (In India people often take bittermelon juice and bittermelon skin to prevent diabetes for ages)
