This does seem to help a bit with mucus, the one time I used it.
I imagine if I simply chewed on some raw ginger and turmeric I might get the same effect.
IMHO this stuff tastes so bad, it is not worth the benefit.
But hey… everyone’s taste buds are different.

This floated on the water like a tidal scum and was the most disgusting taste ever, I actually retched when gargling. I followed the instructions and as it came in sachets it would be difficult to get the dosage wrong. I won’t be using it again!

Almost $12 for 6 packets, and it doesn’t work nearly as well as a salt gargle. Followed the instructions to the T. Nothing. The taste is really aweful.. akin to vomit.
Over-priced snake oli. Won’t be purchasing it again.

This has absolutely been a life saver. I’ve had post nasal drip with excess mucus in the throat which caused me to clear my throat often. It was very embarrassing and ended up on anxiety meds. This may work as a gargle, but I’ll never know, because I could only bear using it once. The taste is atrocious. I thought with ginger and honey, it might be more pleasant, but it basically only tastes of turmeric.

Tried this a while ago with some success. It really helps break up the mucus. Packets are convenient, but in all honesty I have to say I wish you got more for the price you pay. Look for sales if you want to save on it.
