Vitamin D is a “fat” soluble vitamin and is not very absorbable without the “Liposome”… This vitamin D3 is excellent and I am sure I am getting all the benefits of maximum absorption!

I was taking 5,000 IU’s twice per day of what I had thought was a high quality D3 I was always disappointed when I would still show low levels when I would do blood test so they clearly weren’t working. I first heard about this product from a trusted friend of mine who is very knowledgeable informing me that unless a vitamin is bioavailable they are simply going down the toilet so to speak. After switching over to Nature’s Essentials I have been taking 2 per day and last week took another blood test showing to my surprise that it worked so well I was actually TOO HIGH so I have now dropped to one per day essentially delivering the desired result for less money. It works great and my mood has improved. I love this product and highly recommend!

Quantity did not match as labeled. The quantity was supposed to be 100 tablets. I took my time to count the tablets… came out short for 13 units. The product is pricey and on top of this the quantity came short. Not very happy at all with this.

The first time I got sick in years was when I accidentally ran out of this vitamin D. This is the only product I’ve found that has both liposomal and cyclosomal properties! Wow! I don’t know how they do it but I’m impressed! I have learned my lesson and will never run out again!! I also take their coQ10 daily and have their vitamin C, turmeric, and cinnamon that I use as needed. Thank you, Nature’s Essentials for doingbyour homework and making such a stellar line of products I can trust! I know my body is using the ingredients and not flushing them down the toilet!
