I am not usually one to review a product, and I’m also incredibly skeptical of placebo effect or people wanting a result that isn’t true. I waited several weeks to write this review and I can say with absolute certain tea that I am able to lift a heavier amount and have more energy for each workout. I find it beneficial to take about 30 minutes prior to my exercise and I’m just blown away at how much of a difference it makes. Bottom line, it’s a permanent fixture in my cupboard.

L-Arginine can greatly help with a more energetic workout, less fatigue and faster recovery. As a lifter, cyclist and jiujitsu practitioner, every bit helps such as protein, vitamins, aminos, pre-workout and this product. A low investment with great returns all for the price of a meal. I really love the results but was very please I didn’t have to pay 20 or 30 bucks for a supplement I never tried . This stuff works . It works in the gym and in the bed room too! It is an easy to swallow capsule not a hard to swallow caplet that you hope will not get stuck going down and this stuff resolved no heart burn I love it.

I take 2 before indoor soccer and I must say sprinting back and forth will fatigue you in no time. I noticed a difference in my energy and stamina after taking these. My teammates seem to notice too, so I know this is no joke. Flavor not bad at all and very tolerable compared to other supplements. Highly recommended for any intense sports activity for lasting energy.
Update 5/17/22 : I don’t know if I like the new formula. The old capsules were reddish in color, hence the beets. This recent bottle I got has capsules that are all white. I just don’t feel like I get the same effect. I want to contact them and ask them about why they eliminated beets.
6/16/22 : I don’t think this new formula has the same effect as the old. These capsules are pure white and a couple were broken in the bottle. I probably will search for a new supplement with beets. I will try and post an old bottle vs new bottle ingredients. I hate when this happens with a product. It could be the unavailability, hopefully.

Been taking this product every day two pills for 2 weeks no difference. Up the dose to three pills everyday for a week . No difference. I’m 32 years old 6”1 muscular athletic build. Product didn’t do anything it said in the bottle. Didn’t work for me. Won’t hurt to try. Everyone body is different.

I have been using this product for a month now and it has really shown improvement in many area’s. This product has so many positive functions for the body, including better blood flow while relaxing the blood vessels. Because of this it helps with erectile dysfunction as it helps in producing nitric oxide. It also plays a role in protein formation and the human growth hormone. Once you start taking it you feel a difference in your body and how how fast you recover from your workout. I take two each day!

So I’ve never tried nitric oxide before, and heard about it from a friend. I work out four days a week, I’m pushing 58 years old right now so my energy and recovery time have diminished. I figured why not give this a try, I do take many other supplements. I cannot attest to the long-term effects of this but I will tell you that in the short time that I have used it, approximately two weeks it does seem to give me a little extra boost of energy while I am exercising. I have not yet noticed any increase in recovery time, hopefully that wall happen in the next few weeks. Or maybe it is happening and I just don’t notice it, but I am satisfied with the results. Give it a try, at $10 it is very inexpensive so why not.

Since I started taking this supplement I have noticed a nice boost in my cognition, especially in the morning when I’m at work. I work a desk job and as one can imagine, sitting down all day is not good for circulation. What I loved about this product is that I can feel and notice the boost in cognition within a few minutes of taking it. So for me it’s a much better alternative than a morning coffee or energy drink loaded with caffeine.
As far as athletic performance, this product definitely delivers the pump that we all love and enjoy when working out. I’ve been lifting weights for close to 20 years and can easily tell when a supplement works well for me. This one is no exception. The dosages per serving are, in my experience, effective and generous without overdoing it. The formula is kept simple and to the point.
