I took this supplement mainly to raise my VO2 max while training and found that it did a good job. I guess I slept better and was in a better mood while on this supplement. I didn’t find any taste or aftertaste. I did not have a problem swallowing the pills. I didn’t find any side effects.

Wow I’m going to try the tea !!!…. I had to research it and I have to tell you.. one does! I waited a couple of hours and My body pain was gone! My lethargy was gone!… for some reason it gave me energy but calm ..It really relaxed me…Do not sleep on this supplement. It’s the real deal!!!

My review is based on 2 months of use everyday. I try not to review anything unless it has been a min of one month and/or 5 uses depending on how its used, lets face it most supplements seem great right off, you want to know how it is after its been some time.
Bottle opening and initial thoughts-Bottle has a plastic wrap around cap, and a seal under cap and cotton inside, over all bottle presents well with high quality images. Says made in the USA, has contact info for the company in FL. Opening the bottle it was less then half full with 120 pill allocation, really a big bottle with wasted space. Pill is oddly shaped and not the usual gel capsule, I always wonder how well these compressed pills adsorb. Pills similar in size to my daily multi vitamin, so if you have problems taking larger pills this is not for you-should be no surprise they compare it to a quarter in the listing.
Use – I was taking 500mg a day, and bumping it to 1000mg on stressful days, so hoping this at 675mg will keep me from having to take 2 pills. I started this and honestly felt a bit better that evening and slept a bit better, the first week I felt like it was a improvement. I take it in the evenings about and hour to two before I head to my bedroom with a lite snack. Over all it not been a night and day difference-from what I was already taking but I do find over all this one has been better for me then my previous brand-I tried at east 6 and that was the previous best. Vitamins and adult bedroom toys are the two things I like reviewing the least, because everyone is different and they effect you in different ways depending on diet, lifestyle, or vitamins and medication your already taking, etc etc etc. I find Ashawagada helps me relax and smooth me out, stress for me usually triggers aggression, so its nice in the evenings to unwind, I personally don’t use it during the day as it can also make me drowsy about an hour after taking a pill. After two months I am enjoying this brand, its worked well for me.
Final thoughts-I am sure you noticed I got this from Vine, because I write these awesome long reviews and take pics, as I too read reviews and use them to help me make decisions-hopefully you found my review helpful-now would I pay my hard earned side hustle, social monetization or 9 to 5er money for it-I would, Great Dosage 675mg one pill, Worked better then others I tried, Pill style is different. I consider value and what your spending in all my reviews and I have to give it 4 stars for Meets MY Expectations for price paid. I went back and forth between 4-5 stars (most vitamins/supplements get 3 stars from me-most are really nothing special), this actually maybe one of the few vitamins I buy after trying them on the vine program. But there are a lot of Ashawaganda pills on Amazon they are certainly not the cheapest but very far from the most expensive- if it works its worth it-but your not gonna know till you take it, and the smaller quantities are even more expensive. I would recommend this to someone taking a lower dose and not quite feeling the effects or only marginal improvement.

I have been taking this for a decently long while, and I have noticed results. I generally feel more relaxed after taking a dosage, especially whenever I feel really stressed. They are easy to swallow and don’t have a weird taste.
Overall, I would recommend it.
