I was very happy with my order. I take Zinc, Vit D3 and lots of orange juice to keep up my immune system, during the winter months, and now throughout the pandemic. I have been very blessed to not have gotten the COVID virus. I feel, personally, that it is largely due to the fact that every winter I take the Zinc to prevent colds. I highly recommend it and will continue to order it.

My husband is a vitamin freak. He really believes that taking vitamins will keep him healthy and well. Zinc was one of the products he took daily but when the Covid hit us it was out of stock for a while. So happy we were able to get this again. Now he is a happy camper.
Just Me –
Zinc can help boost your inmune system. A lot of times 20mg will suffice, but during times of pandemic and due to the lack of consuming it before you are on a great path taking one a day.

Liked that it was available on line, but it seems not to have a good pill forming operation in the manufacture as the outside is rough and not smooth and die edges are pounced which at times makes it hard to swallow. However the price and availability through to Amazon seems to be good.
