I did a lot of research finding the right ashwaganda/l theanine pills, i want to lower my cortisol levels, and alot of brands have carcinogenic fillers or low amounts of aswaganda, this product has just the right amount I found was needed to effectively bring down cortisol levels, I an pretty sensitive so I have started with just one pill a day and will move up to 2 after a couple days just to get my body used to it. So far I already do feel the effects and it’s been great!

This product works great but I recommend nobody should take it everyday. It’s made me tired and dizzy at work although it works well it has side effects, be carful.
