These work awesome. I actually just ordered my 2nd bottle. They have done wonders for my hair, skin and nails. I only take 2 a day( you should take 4) and I know my hair has grown at least 4 inches over the past 2 months. Nails look amazing and grow extremely fast.

I have been purchasing these vitamins for a number of years now and recently found that I can get them cheaper through Amazon. They are effective for hair, skin and nails. I can notice the difference when I run out of these, so I try not to run out. Hi, I can honestly say that this supplement has improved my nails and my hair!!! What I notice is less chipping and breaking of my fingernails, and my hair seems to do much less shedding/easily falling out. It has been the first hair and nail supplement that has worked so well. I take it twice a day. Cold weather is coming, and I started this in the early spring, so we’ll see! Thanks.

I am finishing my second bottle and I will be taking this product for life. This is the only product that helps me get restful sleep which is not why I purchased it. I used to sleep four hours, lie awake two hours, sleep three to four hours more and wake exhausted. Now I go into a deep sleep for seven hours straight. This is enough reason for me. In the beginning, I would sometimes have a slight headache but that no longer happens. I was not diligent about taking it with food at first and that may have played a role with the headaches. My skin has always been good but it does improve it. I do everything possible for my skin including regular broad band laser treatments, collagen supplement, led therapy light, Glycolic acid peels and topical products. I have no wrinkles despite being 65 but since I already did these other things, I did not want to give a false impression. I had no breakouts and that still happens even at my age. My nails still have vertical ridges but they grow faster and the ridges are not as deep. The nail bed is a lighter color. I lose very little hair after combing. The very short parts at the hairline have grown out. They always stayed one inch long before. I also take iron supplements just before bedtime since almost everything interferes with iron absorption if taken during the day. Quality protein makes a big difference in hair, skin and nails. Do not expect this product to work a miracle without it.

These vitamins helped me with my hair and nails. I was losing my hair….and oh brother, that’s all I needed now….. . I was told these vitamins worked so I tried them, and sure enough they did work. I stopped losing my hair and my nails benefited from these vitamins too. I highly recommend these vitamins. You really can’t go wrong. Read the instructions. I still use them, 3 pills every morning. I’m 76 years young, and I’m going to continue using them. I recommend them.

Have been using this product for 4 years. I have tried & complared many similar H/S/N vitamins during the last 10 years. This is the best by far, so far. My nails grow much faster and stronger. No more flaking and brittle nails! Very, very happy. Hair grows faster too – this is a great product. This particular quantity for the price is a fair price vs. other options. Only better deal is at Costco on it….

Unfortunately like some of the reviews, I was affected with Acne really bad. But, if this doesn’t affect your acne, it’s a good price, it’s def. the real product.
If you’ve ever had acne, this will likely make you break out – and pretty bad. I had acne in high school which cleared on its own in adulthood. This made it come back in full force – and not just regular acne, it was cystic, huge pimples that take weeks to disappear.
I had taken the pills for 3 weeks, watched my diet and noticed no other changes (sleep pattern the same, laundry detergent the same, etc) – I’m mostly sure it was this product as it’s the only thing that changed and then I got the acne.

Didn’t seem to help or hurt my current situation with hair or nails. Skin is/was already good. I don’t see a need for me to restock.
