Imagine having a cabinet full of supplements that claim to improve memory, but you still FORGET TO TAKE THEM! Well since I’ve started taking these, I have noticed a difference. I’m sure this is a well made supplement, although I’m not sure if it was just Gingko Biloba itself and how my body reacted to it, or if it was something in the supplement. I tried for a few weeks, taking a break in between to confirm whether the effects would wear off (they did after a few days). But this product ended up making me feel anxious when I took it, which is odd because for many it can act as a stress release.
I will not be taking this again as it left me feeling tense and anxious.
