I was losing my hair because of SIFO. I was taking a ton of different B vitamins including drops for sub-lingual absorbtion but I kept losing chemo quantities of hair. I started taking Hair Skin & Nails and noticed a diff in a couple weeks. My head started feeling like my legs a few days after shaving!! Stubble, beautiful, beautiful stubble!! Its been about 10 months and I have a lot of new growth between 2 and 3 inches long. And I still have stubble, which means it’s still working. My hair is not even close to being as thick as before because I still have SIFO. But soooo much better than before. At this time last year, I was sure I was going to be bald by Christmas(less than 6mos). I really like the new growth, it seems to have more personality than my old growth. Frankly, just so grateful to still have any hair, old or new!!👴This could have been me ha ha ha. I didn’t notice a diff in my skin but there was quite a bit of diff in my nails also. They were cracking and peeling below the quick and could be quite painful. There are still a couple that are bad but the others are so much better. Plan on taking these for life!!😁

My 4-star review is simply based on my own preferences. I have used the gummies and the capsules, and prefer the gummies. I take a regimen of two a day and within the last few months switched to the capsules. The capsules have a strong smell and an unpleasant taste. Once I finish this bottle, I will go back to the gummies.
With that said, my hair began thinning to the point where it was noticeable by friends and family. At the rate things were going, I was concerned that I could actually end up with bald spots. Within six months of taking these vitamins my hair began to thicken noticeably. (I also began using gentler treatments in washing and caring for my hair.) As a middle-aged woman, the entire routine is important… not just the supplements.
However, I KNOW it was the supplements that made the difference because of how rapid I began to see change. Now, it has been a year and I have absolutely no hair thinning… and obvious thickness. I have faithfully taken two capsules a day without fail… and it works. There have also been significant improvements in my nails as well. This is the REAL DEAL….
My advice is to be consistent. Do before and after pictures. I wish I would have…. so that you could see how serious my situation was.

I have been taking these pills for some time now. They are so good for my hair and have a great effect on my skin. They are easy to swallow, and have no taste or smell. I will continue take them for a long time to come.

After about 4 weeks of use, I noticed a marked decrease in the amount of hair in my brush and in the shower drain. My nails are also stronger than ever before! And idk if this is in my head but I swear my hair is shinier now, like, always lol. Value for money seems about average. I recommend taking with food, as you may taste them for awhile after taking them, and food with the vitamins reduces the instance of this. Great product

Look, I went to a dermatologist & they gave me some special shampoo. I used that & it got a little better. When a friend told me about this, I ordered them & OMG these work so much better it is amazing. So, instead of spending over $100 for the dermatologist, buy this for only 20% of that & it works better!!!!

I have been taking this brand of supplement for years now. i have extremely soft nails and this made a noticeable change to that. After months of taking them i now have vey hard nails. my skin has also been in a better condition and my hair is experiencing way less breakage
