There are two details you should be aware of prior to taking this supplement. The first is that grapefruit extract can interact with some medications and cause serious adverse reactions. As a result, you should discuss with your doctor before taking this supplement. Guarana seed extract provides up to 30mg of caffeine per serving which is equivalent to 1/3 cup of coffee. If you are avoiding caffeine, please be aware of this detail. With a little looking, I was able to find a few studies that support the use of grapefruit to reduce mid-section fat. I’m game to give it a try. Although I am not overweight, my weight has migrated a bit to my middle. I look forward to seeing some results!
