I have been taking this probiotic over 5 months so far. I can see the difference.
Before trying out this product, I have taken several other products (Solga, Garden of life, Nutracraft, Swansom..etc) over 4 years, which have not helped me much, although they had mostly 50 billion CFU.
I can clearly see the difference when I go to toilet, my stool colour has been better. I don’t have problems related to constipation nor diarrhea with this product.
I have been suffering from IBS (irritable vowel syndrome) and I feel better with this product, I don’t have much pain on my intestine any more.
I did not have any uncomfortable stomach either ( i have sensitive stomach so I am extra careful to choose the right one for me ).
I have a gluten sensitivity. This is Gluten free and 100 percent natural so I am very please with this product. I can rely on the quality.
I think I have tried different brands so far, It is better to find the one which works the best. In my case, I have got some benefits from this product, I will keep taking this product for my health.

This is hands down, the best probiotic I’ve ever tried. I’ve gone through the gamut, and most work very well, but this was next level. Honestly, I don’t really care about the bottle or presentation when it comes to vitamins, I care about how they work which is what I’ll focus on. To start, you only need to take one pill a day. Most others require, at minimum, two or more a day. These can also be stored at room temperature and don’t need to be refrigerated, not to mention they have a shelf life of three years. Lastly, each pill is packed with 50 billion active cultures. What a difference this number makes! There’s been a noticeable change in my GI for the better – fewer stomach aches, less gas, I don’t feel as bloated, etc. I highly recommend this product and this brand for that matter. So far, each product has been a success and this one is no different!

Beware ordering these from Amazon; their stock seems to be expired (Oct. 2023). Naturelo made it right by sending me “fresh” probiotics to replace the expired ones, but I’m not sure I dare order from Amazon again. (Same goes for Amazon beauty products; they seem old and dried out.) The probiotics themselves are okay but I think something has changed; they’re not working near as well for digestive issues as I remember. I had changed from Naturelo to Renew Life but decided to give Naturelo another try; I might switch back to Renew Life.

I used to take another probiotic as my Singapore doctor recommend. This probiotic works much better for me and improved my system after 60 days.

Best probiotic I have taken to date. I have tried a lot of the name brand and even super expensive ones that left me bloated and in worse shape than I began with. First off I am on week one of taking them and I will update as time progresses. I want to tell you this is the first time in my lifetime I can drink coffee without any issues. My gut flora was in such a huge need for these. TMI: I did a stool test before taking these with my nutritionist and it came back too much bad gut bacteria and none of the good bacteria needed. She said I will be able to tell within a few days to weeks if a probiotic is or isn’t working. So far this is the jack pot!!! I deal with MTHFR genes and Hashimotos among other autoimmunity issues which all can be turned on or off in the gut. Fix the gut fix the body:)! Blessings to all that try this and see results like I have. I will update in October 2021.

I started this a few days ago, nearly giving up on the fact that I was going to lose any weight. I have tried intermittent fasting, just to gain it all back when I stopped doing it. I have had regular exercise since December 1, 2023 and still no weight loss. I have cut down on my food intake. Trying this product only a few days ago, I am down a couple of pounds. It takes away my appetite so I do not eat quite so much.
