I am 2 years post surgery and I have tried numerous different brands of multivitamins including a few my doctor recommended and they all either tasted terrible, did not sit well in my new tiny stomach, or caused terrible powder burbs. i was hesitant but purchased to take the chance, right away i disliked the taste it very potent but i like i only taste it when i take the capsule and there is no after taste. but i got to say i take vitamin before bed as for me vitamins work best for my stomach sensitivity. i notice i wake up feeling more energized and not as sluggish. so i will take the bad taste any day! i also notice it makes me urinate soon as i wake up and notice the suppliment does cause your urine color to change (dark yellow/greenish). i would purchase again.
