I am 2 years post surgery and I have tried numerous different brands of multivitamins including a few my doctor recommended and they all either tasted terrible, did not sit well in my new tiny stomach, or caused terrible powder burbs. Not this brand though … easy to swallow, no burbs no terrible aftertaste, my stomach takes no issue with them. This and an 18mg iron supplement and my vitamin levels are all (according to my doctor and my bloodwork) “amazing, absolutely right balance on every level checked, clearly your supplements are very high quality”. Skip all the gross chewables, giant horse pills, or brand you need to take 5 of and just take these, 1x a day 1 pill and your body and your bariatric surgeon will be very glad you did.

These are great vitamins and I tried hard to like them. However, after taking these I would begin to taste an awful aftertaste. I tried to get past it and eventually could not.

i was hesitant but purchased to take the chance, right away i disliked the taste it very potent but i like i only taste it when i take the capsule and there is no after taste. but i got to say i take vitamin before bed as for me vitamins work best for my stomach sensitivity. i notice i wake up feeling more energized and not as sluggish. so i will take the bad taste any day! i also notice it makes me urinate soon as i wake up and notice the suppliment does cause your urine color to change (dark yellow/greenish). i would purchase again.

After having Gastric Sleeve Surgery (VSG), I struggled with taking bariatric vitamins, keeping them down and finding one that was also vegetarian with iron.
