I bought this to help with Vitamin D adsorption. The pills are tiny and easy to swollow. I also like that there are so many servings per bottle. Great value!

Its impossible to tell if this does what I need it to do. You’re relying on scientific studies which confirm Vitamin K does do that. Its good enough for me but these days some people will question that. The pills are large in size. No aroma or after taste. Price was good and it seems like a well made product. That works for me

So I hot these as I needed higher doses of my ADK vitamins. These are small pills much like a benadryl size. They are easy for me to swallow with my swallowing issues. They are a great quality. When I first opened the bottle I wondered why it smelled like coconut, I found They use coconut oil in them which is an added benefit, especially if you know how most vitamins taste/smell.
