I took evening primrose oil before but didn’t realize the benefits and then had to recently start taking it again as my hot flashes (only 28 years old) were awful and the glands on side of my “jugs” were hurting. I haven’t had any bad hot flashes or pain with the glands. Theyre easy to swallow, good amount of supplements for the price and they are super effective! Highly recommend!

What can I say about this product? Lol it has been very effective, eliminating hot flashes and restoring my overall health!!!

The pills are really nice and not too large. They are large, but just right for large, if that makes sense. They have a very mild fishy smell. It doesn’t bother me at all. I don’t notice any taste.
I’ve been using this for at least a month. I still have hot flashes but they aren’t bad. I also take blackcurrant oil and rhodiola rosea. The blackcurrant oil is supposed to help as well. It’s possible that the intensity is less than it used to be. I think you just have to try it for yourself and see what it does. I’m going to keep taking it until I run out and then I may reevaluate.
