I have recently started taking Creatine for my bone health, as I’m getting older and have heard good things about it. I prefer the powders to pills, and I really look for just pure Creatine with no fillers. This one seems to be good to me. I’ve not used this brand before, but it doesn’t aggravate my sensitive stomach and it blends well in my smoothies. I don’t even notice it’s there. I really like that it is unflavored, and uses clean ingredients. The added Vitamin D is a nice bonus as well.

I take creatine as a part of my weightlifting regimen. I am taking 5 grams per day, which is one scoop. I did not do any creatine loading with this product because the directions don’t mention it. I have been taking this creatine for about 4 weeks now, and I am pleased with the results so far. It took 10 days before I began to see and feel any positive results from taking the creatine. On that 10th day the amount of weight that I was using for 6 to 10 reps felt light, so I increased the weight. This happened on just about all of the weightlifting exercises that I was doing. My 1 rep maximum’s have increased, as well, on bench presses, squats, shoulder presses, and biceps curls. I am also working out longer without getting fatigued. My favorite result, so far, is that I am able to increase the pace of my workouts, perform more sets per muscle group, and I am able to lift as much weight, and sometimes more weight, at the ends of my workouts as I did at the start of my workouts. I have used many different brands of creatine through my many years of weightlifting, but I have never experienced the results that I am now experiencing. In my opinion, the price is more than fair. Based on the results that I am seeing and feeling, I would recommend this creatine to anyone who asked me. Last thing, I am not gaining water weight and this creatine does not make me feel bloated.

I use my NATURE TARGET Unflavored Creatine to fight some of the effects of aging in my post-retirement body, especially now that I’m eating less meat and seafood than when I was younger. While I’m in no way a body builder, I do work out in the gym several times a week, and feel more able to do so with this in my diet. This creatine monohydrate is a very fine powder that dissolves easily in cold or hot water – no special techniques, shakers, etc. are needed. The powder is absolutely flavorless to me; I can mix it into a smoothie or even a cup of coffee and notice no difference in taste. I’m delighted with this creatine.

I am reviewing Nature Target Creatine, unflavored, 16.97oz, which at the time of this review was $19.99. I have been taking creatine for a couple of months now, and definitely seen an improvement. This supplement is seemingly identical to my go-to brand, which is offered by bulksupplements. Overall it’s a good product; mixes very easily, with no clumping or excessive sediment. No discernable flavor, so I’d call this a win. I’d say the only issue I see is you get about 33% more creatine for the same price if you go with bulksupplements, but you do miss out on the other ingredients this product offers. And the handy plastic jug. So if that’s worth it to you, you won’t have any problem with this creatine.

This creatine is tasteless in water and is effective. It is slightly gritty and doesn’t dissolve completely, but the quality and effectiveness overall is excellent.

I’ve been reading more about health and nutrition as I age into my 60’s and have heard more about creatine lately so thought I’d give it a try. I like the packaging and that you get a good amount with this one. It is very fine powder and seems to dissolve easily. I also really appreciate that it’s flavorless. Often the taste of supplements can be off-putting but I didn’t have any issues with this one. Overall, I’m excited to see how this works.

This Creatine Powder contains a full 5 grams of creatine per scoop. This is the amount that I like to take daily, so I’m happy with the dosing. It also contains a few other ingredients including Vitamin D, Black Pepper Extract, and Calcium HMB. I did not notice any unusual flavors or odors. I took a scoop of this and mixed it in my coffee. Afterward, I did not notice any negative side effects.
