Gummies are a great way to get all of my family to take vitamins. But only if the gummies taste good. These ones are essentially delicious and I don’t have any push back from my kids about eating them. It’s probably as they have 3g of sugar in the recommended two gummies. Normally I’m not thrilled about added sugars, but for these I’m happy to waive my objections.
The vitamin C content is sufficient – it provides 100% of the RDA which I like to far exceed, but I appreciate that most people might like to go with something that is “recommended”. Why then is the Vitamin D at 125% RDA?
I’m not too sure of the science behind elderberry – a casual look suggests that it may help symptoms of people suffering from seasonal illnesses. I’m not a doctor – do your own research!
Overall – they taste good, they’re from a reputable brand, and they have some vitamins. A good blend!

I have never taken a vitamin like this before but since its cold season I really wanted to boost my immune system. I have been taking this almost every day. I have forgotten a few times and I’ve noticed that when I don’t take it I feel under the weather. These don’t taste bad. I cant pinpoint the exact taste but they aren’t horrible. They also aren’t the best tasting thing but they truly aren’t bad. They are easy to chew too. I would recommend these as they do seem to work.

The gummies arrived in good condition with nothing melted or sticking together. The price is good for the quantity received. The gummies themselves are very soft and not chewy and sweet like a piece of candy.

In recent months, I started taking elderberry immune support gummies partially for their potential benefits but mostly for their delicious flavor. I’ve been trying a variety of generic brands from Amazon, but these Nature Made Gummies are the first name brand elderberry gummies I’ve ordered, so I was excited to try them out!
First of all, I really appreciate the larger bottle. While most other brands I’ve tried are usually 90 counts, these are a bottle of 100, giving me 5 more days of gummies compared to competitors. The bottle cap suitably child resistant, and the bottle opening is a nice wide-mouth. The wider bottle opening design really makes a huge difference in the ease of getting any stuck gummies out of the bottle, preventing awkward moments of smacking the bottle trying to get to my daily gummies!
In terms of flavor, these had a nice sour tang that I’ve come to expect with elderberry gummies, but the sugary coating was a bit excessive for me. At the claimed 6% daily sugar content from the label, I personally would have preferred gummies without the sugar coating. The coating also gives a grainy sugary crunch to the texture, which I’m also not the biggest fan of. However, the inner texture of the gummy is nice and soft, making them easy to chew without any unpleasant stickiness or rubberiness.

I was a little nervous about ordering these because a lot of the time they will add in artificial sweeteners, but this one does not. (I can’t have them.) They taste great… but are pretty tart/slightly sour if you are sensitive to that kind of thing. They arrived just in time for cold and flu season! I would order these again.

With so many people being sick at work, I like to make sure I take what supplements I can take as a preventative. These gummies taste great, have a pleasant texture and are ready to swallow. Always have good luck when taking elderberry supplements and vitamin C and this product has loads of both! I’ve been using Nature Made products for years and know that they are always if good quality. I’ve managed to avoid any kind of illness despite many co-workers coughing and sneezing around me so if like to think that these have been very effective for me so far.
