I’ve been taking Nature Made Turmeric Curcumin 500 mg for a while and appreciate its health benefits. It’s easy to swallow and has definitely helped with my joint discomfort. However, I was hoping it might have a more pleasant taste or aftertaste, but it’s pretty bland. That said, it’s still a solid supplement if you’re looking for a convenient way to get your daily dose of turmeric without worrying too much about the flavor.

I’ve taken turmeric off and on for years. It’s hard to tell if it makes a difference but I like to try to stave off inflammation as much as possible. I like that this has the recommended black pepper in it for added absorption benefits. Good value.

FINALLY PAIN RELIEF for myofascial pain syndrome! I read an article on this by chance and since I’ve tried everything else under the sun to help with major muscle pain, I figured I had nothing to lose. It’s been two weeks and it is still working. I have huge knots in my arms, hip and shoulder blade areas and I have been to the doctor several times over the years and have been given muscle relaxers, pain shots and pills, tried PT, St. John’s wort, lidocaine, pain patches, heating pads, ice packs and other supplements etc. I was so discouraged because I felt like the doctors wrote me off like it wasn’t real or that I was a “drug seeker”. I am not. I just don’t want to live the rest of my life in a tremendous amount of pain, just want it fixed, you know? Until 2 weeks ago I could not get through the day without a steady stream of ibuprofen and Tylenol and work my computer job. Woke up constantly from the pain and just in general felt like it was hopeless. My next step was heading to a pain management doctor and/or trying acupuncture, which may still help, but costs so much and takes time. I know there is a lot of inflammation in my body and I think that is why this has helped as much it has. It does not upset my stomach, I’ve had zero side effects. I have been working 10 hour days, 6 days a week, repetitive motion and I still need to wrap my wrists and arms with ace bandages or braces for support, but I feel like my life has changed with the the pain relief this has given me. It lasts almost a full 24 hours for me. I hope it works as well for you because I know how hard it is to live with pain! I will update if there are any changes since I have tried things that have worked for a little while and then gradually not so much. So far so good!
