I’m a strong believer in taking daily fish oil. It’s not that I avoid fish in my daily diet – quite the opposite. I love eating salmon, tuna, you name it. However, I also feel that a person should have fish oil every day to keep their body working properly and I’m not eating fish in my diet every single day. These fish oil supplements fill in those gaps.
These are DELICIOUS. They don’t at all taste fishy. You don’t have “fishy burps”. They are simply tasty. I look forward to eating these every morning as part of my breakfast routine. They do have 3g of sugar so they taste more like a sugary gumdrop candy than a vitamin. Their top ingredient is glucose syrup and ingredient #2 is sugar, so those on a super-strict no-sugar diet should be aware of that.
They have a mildly fruity flavor – it’s not strong.
You get 227mg of fish oil with each serving. That provides 57mg of total omega-3 fatty acids. 47.5mg is DHA and 9.5mg is EPA.
If I had to swallow giant caplets I just wouldn’t do it. I would resist taking them. With these, I look forward to taking them and definitely eat them daily. My brother has been pushing me to try fish oil for all the health benefits, but I am really not a fan of the fish oil taste that the normal capsules have, so I thought I’d try out the gummy variety to see if they were fishy or not.
When I first tried them I had a very slight hint of fish taste, but it quickly was overtaken by the gummy flavors. They aren’t too sugary (though there is some sugar in them, just as an FYI). They are just the right amount of gummy. I am nearly done with the bottle and I plan on continuing to purchase them.
I should note that I am bias toward gummy in general as it’s my favorite candy. As an adult you probably don’t want to eat more than 2-3 a day or you will probably get sick.

I’ve used these fish oil gummies for a very long time. They taste great, work great, and eliminate the struggle to swallow fish oil capsules. However, I’d vowed to never buy online from Amazon again because two separate shipments arrived with all the gummies melted into one large ball in the jars. I ended up throwing away most of the product. But THIS TIME they were packed in an insulated bag with an ice pack that was still cool when it arrived! THANK YOU! I coaxed a family member who is experiencing memory problems to take two of these a day! This is one of the few products that she takes and doesn’t complain about it! She says that it tastes like a candy so she has to be careful to not take more than the recommended dosage…lol! Shockingly, she said that there is not a bad after taste of fish oil. I like them. No fish taste – at all. I see from other posts that the oil level is very low so I’m sure that helps with the taste but I’m ok with that. I would not be taking fish oil if the taste was there.
